This honey contains two types of thyme, white and red thyme, but of course also all the healing herbs of the white mountains, which exceed the number of 60. What makes it special in aroma but also in nutrition due to the pollen grains it has is the white thyme which exists in very few places around the world and one of them is the white mountains.
