Pine flowers (oregano etc.) from the beloved Evia.
It is different from the classic (of spring or autumn). Nice too, but of the summer vintage, it doesn’t have the metallic taste. It’s milder, lighter in color, aromatic and “cloudy”, as the old beekeepers used to say. It comes out less, but it’s worth it.
